Our qualified service staff is available from 7 am to 5 pm on weekdays, with a corresponding contractual agreement, even until 10 pm on weekdays and 7-12 am on Saturdays. Calls received outside this time will be accepted by an external service provider, documented and processed immediately on the next business day.
We are constantly working on the optimization of our hotline concept, always with the aim of providing our customers even quicker assistance. We also include our sales and service companies with locations all over the world, which reliably support from there.
Telephone counseling, online diagnostics and online maintenance are free on Mondays to Fridays during normal working hours up to a period of 15 minutes. The service hotline also provides the necessary services, such as the use of on-site service technicians and spare parts deliveries.
