Flexible high-performance cut-to-size – high levels of economy in the smallest possible foot print
The newly developed, high-performance Combi.cut system for the flexible cut to size production of furniture components is the first of its kind to combine the two cutting technologies sawing and routing. It is the ideal solution for production systems with a capacity of 3000 – 4000 furniture parts per shift and makes an impression with its economical operation and by requiring only around 123 m² of space.
The Combi.cut is the ideal solution for the economic and flexible high-performance cut-to-size of panel-type materials for the custom production of office, kitchen, bathroom and home furniture. The system combines the accuracy and high feed speeds of a saw aggregate for the rip cutting of strips with the flexibility of routing spindles for the cut to size operation of those strips into individual parts. The strip buffer in the machine allows for the decoupling of the two processes and the buffering of parts therefore improving the performance. The routing spindles also allow to add capabilities such as rebating, grooving, routing of grommets and recesses as well as diagonal cuts. Thanks to its small foot print of around 123 m², the compact Combi.cut unit offers maximum performance and functionality in the smallest possible space. Its solid construction prevents vibrations and increases precision. In addition, this ensures reliability for many years, a long tool life, and minimal maintenance costs.
