We offer different types of individually customised teleservice options for extensive troubleshooting and/or identifying defective components and the subsequent error elimination; this requires an online connection to the machine control system by modem.

Call by Call

The ›Call by Call‹ option is recommended if you need advice from our TeleService staff irregularly only: we charge per connected online minute for teleservice diagnoses.
